You will not find a harder working, more honest, and motivated real estate agent in the Bay Area!!! About a year ago, I began bouncing around the idea of purchasing my first home. I reached out to Lauren and explained to him that I was not personally or financially ready to buy a home, but that I wanted to start looking. Despite my lack of seriousness, Lauren happily took the time to show me homes and answer any questions I had along the way (and I had a ton!). Rather than pressure me, Lauren encouraged me to be patient in my home search. After months of viewing homes, I finally felt like I knew what I wanted and I was ready to commit. With Lauren’s help, I just closed on the perfect home in the best location I could’ve hoped for. Throughout the entire process, Lauren was responsive to my questions, concerns, and needs at all times of the day. If I texted him with a question, I had an answer almost immediately. He never left me hanging. With both myself and other agents, Lauren was highly communicative. The home we just closed on actually had 2 stronger offers than mine, but because of Lauren’s open line of communication and well organized offer package, the seller’s chose to work with us. Lauren was competent, knowledgeable of the market, and went above and beyond for me in every aspect of the process. I cannot say enough good things about him. If you want to buy or sell a house and you want to get the best deal possible, without unnecessary issues or delays, Lauren is the man for the job!

To say Lauren went above and beyond is inadequate. How about, we would not be in a home right now without Lauren. The market is extremely competitive/tough for buyers right now and Lauren's unrelenting diligence, professionalism and charm are the reasons we were able to get an offer accepted. Lauren simply handled everything from finding homes to putting us in contact with trusted and inexpensive contractors after we moved in. I never expected to receive such a combination of professionalism, persistence, white glove service and humble attitude that we did. I very rarely write reviews for anything/anyone but I would highly recommend Lauren to my own family.
